Challenge Rules:

You can choose to make any papercrafts/ altered art creation you like as long as it fits in with the theme that is set for that challenge.  All entries must be new, please do not link creations that have been posted prior to the first day the of the current challenge.  You can enter a maximum of 5 times.  Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store.

There are no rules as to what you may create – we welcome you whether you are a card maker, mixed media artist, scrapbooker, or any other kind of crafter!  The project must be inspired in some way by our challenge theme.  Use of products purchased at Simon Says Stamp is not a requirement.  Your link must be a direct link to your project posting, not a general link to your blog.  Creations must be posted on or after the date of the challenge. You may enter up to five times per week. You have until Monday 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in.  Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store.

"Quick Ideas" Create Brick Background

Today's focus is on creating your own background paper.  My nephew turned two years old and celebrated with a firetruck theme party.  The brick background stamp created the perfect matting paper for my main photo.  When you don't have the perfect patterned paper to match your photos, make your own.

a2zscrapbooking - November Challenge

I need to point out that I tried something new and rather than stamping onto paper, I stamped directly onto a wooden tag. I began by stamping the script background design with black ink and then heat embossed white snowflakes. Next, I sprayed the wooden tag with blue mist so that the wood grain would show through.  I was inspired by the movie, "Home Alone"

The a2z Scrapbooking November Challenge this month at  is “WINTER”!  The complete set of rules to participate can be found HERE.  Instead of just using Hero Arts products on your project you can use any products you have in your stash.  One challenge winner will be randomly chosen and will receive the digi stamp of the month. This month’s digi is Vintage Travel.  If the winner uses a Hero Arts product, they also receive a $20 Gift Certificate to the a2z Scrapbooking Store.

The theme is "Anything Goes."  (Deadline - Wednesday 22nd November)  Projects can be of any theme, any color.  Projects can be a card, layout, journal page, art panel, tag, 3D item, anything at all, as long as it follows all guidelines and features the months technique or theme.  Any digital stamps used MUST be used alongside regular rubber/polymer stamping.  You may enter more than once, up to a maximum of 3 entries. Entries can be combined with other blog challenges. An obvious, clickable link back to the Craft Stamper Blog must be included in your blog post.  Winners will be announced - (GMT) Friday 24th November
