May "Quick Ideas" - Embossing

When you need a quick card, try matching a rubber stamp image to the design on a scrap of pattern paper.  I stamped the sketched daisy flower onto the same paper and embossed with white powder. The full tutorial can be found HERE.

New BPM Flower Stamps

These newly released sketched daisy flowers are just so cute and versatile. I stamped them with inks to match this scrap of patterned paper.  Next, I did a bit of fussy cutting to bring them to life. With the help of a white gel pen, I added some faux stitching to the edge.

Creative Embellishments May Challenge

Hey There,
I hope you enjoy my project inspired by the Creative Embellishments May Challenge and the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.  I got my idea to use shades of dusty blue on the man's suit and to create a worn brick background splattered with dusty blue raindrops. This provided a nice contrast between the feminine broach / flower accents and the rougher more masculine background.
