I'd love to share how I adhere trims and ribbons quickly and easily. Simply apply
Best Glue Ever (BGE) directly to the back of the trim. Set it aside and allow it 2-3 minutes to dry and become transparent yet tacky. You can find the step-by-step tutorial
HERE on
ScraPerfect Blog. I was inspired by her ladybug dress and the Spring-like imagery in the moodboard. The very bright flowery paper tied it all together.
This layout is submitted into the following online challenges...
BGE is great because it can be applied to ribbon without seeping through. An extra benefit: when dry, the glue is repositionable so if you apply a trim crooked, you can remove it and try again. Most double sided adhesives do not allow you to correct mistakes and move an embellishment after it has been adhered without causing serious damage to the project. BGE to save the day!
