Cutting balloon shapes out of vellum paper really enhanced the appearance of realistic depth to the layout. When embellishing a layout, I always select the placement of the largest embellishments first and continue to embellish in decreasing sizes. Therefore, Dew Drops are the last finishing touch for a layout as they are the smallest embellishment.
I will warn you now, there is an over-abundance of cuteness ahead!
You can find the tutorial for this layout HERE at The Robin's Nest Blog.

You're right; lots of cuteness on this layout starting with the sweet photos of course. The monochromatic use of the papers and embellishments makes it so that everything blends together; the layered balloons, the dew drops, and the brads. Really cute, really well done. TFS.
