I created some stamped embellishments such as a newsprint flower, feather, butterfly, & bird. The background paper had a subtle newsprint leaf design which worked perfectly. I love that distressed wood grain paper. I even used some wood grain washi tape.

Oh, wow...that is a really nice layout ! I love how you created your own newsprint pattern, and made embellishments out of it. How creative. I love all the different embellishments you used on this page. The multiple repeats of the same photo is such a neat idea. The colour palette looks great. Really, what's not to love on this layout.
