Spring Embossed Cards - FotoBella

Today I am sharing my second project of the month featuring the BoBunny Cottontail Collection. This is the first time I tried using an embossing folder over pattern paper. I selected papers with very small discreet patterns to try this technique. I love how the subtle texture brings extra life and pizazz to the cards. You Are Loved - Valentine Card

I pulled out my embossing folders to add a bit of subtle hearty texture to the background. It was unusual for me to feature the sentiment so prominently but I love how it turned out.

Vintage Bunny Cards - FotoBella Design Team

Butterfly Clipboard - Blank Page Muse

I just love this month's theme "Things with Wings." I could stamp with this theme for every project I make. I used the beautiful butterfly stamp set called Love of Butterflies to recycle a slightly damaged clip board. I love the quote stamp i chose "Dream Big Dreams."  I applied watermark ink through a stencil to create a subtle background splotchy design and then embossed butterflies and flourishes with gold.  I used masks to cover the butterflies and add color to the background.
