Hey There,
I found this glittered wall hanging very cheaply at a dollar discount store. Although it was pretty, I knew I could improve it by adding some Dew Drops. As Dew Drops are transparent, they look even more amazing placed over a glittered surface. The hardest part is knowing when to stop adding more Dew Drops!
